Purchases
We do not charge your credit card, until your order is ready to ship. We will send you a confirmation e-mail at that time.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any product for a similar product of a different size, style, or color.  You pay any price difference; and you pay both the shipping for the return and the shipping for the new product.

Returns
We will gladly accept for return any unused product, in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.  We will refund to you the purchase price and sales tax. (The original shipping cost is NOT refundable.)  You pay the shipping for the return.
Approved returns of unused products, without the original packaging, will be given store credit.

Defects
We will gladly replace any unused or newly-used product that is found to be defective.  We pay the shipping to return the defective product to us and the shipping out to you of the replacement product.
